Set & Stay Locations is run by Hector D. of Property Finders Group. Our owner has 15 years in housing and real estate transactions, from corporate relocation to housing for film and TV productions.

That work taught us what productions need from a property and what owners need to feel safe saying yes. Crews need space, parking, power and a clear plan. Owners need a written contract, proof of insurance and someone on site who answers to them. We built Set & Stay Locations to give both sides that, without the marketplace fees that come out of everyone's budget.

How we work

• Every property is privately owned, and every booking is approved by the owner.
• You get a written quote within 24 to 48 hours, then a location contract to sign.
• Productions send a certificate of insurance naming the owner before anyone arrives.
• The street address is shared only after the booking is paid and insurance is on file.
• A site rep is on location for every shoot and event.
