How does a location search work?

Send the brief: the look, dates, crew size and budget range. We reach out to owners in New Jersey and New York, confirm who is open to filming, and send you photos and a written quote for each option that says yes.

Can we build a set inside a warehouse?

Often yes. We confirm with the owner how many prep and wrap days you need, what can be fastened to floors or walls, and how the space must be returned.

Is there power for a full lighting package?

Some spaces have heavy power, others need a generator. We ask for the service size and where a generator and cable runs can go before you book.
